Apply and Coordinate the process of approval from various statutory bodies like University Grants Commission (UGC), All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Bar Council of India (BCI), Council of Architecture (CoA), Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) & National Council for Teachers Education (NCTE) etc.; Organizing and maintaining records/proceedings of meetings of Governing Body, Board of Management & Academic Council and other important bodies/committees at University level; screen, interview, recruit and train candidates.
Member of National Task Force appointed MoH&FW to develope model Curriculum for Physiotherapy and Sectorial Working Group for Physiotherapy & Allied Health Sciences, of NAAC. He has been actively involved as an Expert with various Universities as the member of their Board of Studies; Professional Council and bodies like NAAC as peer team assessor.
Recipient of grants for Capacity Building in Indian Higher Education under Tunning India project funded by prestigious Erasmus + programme of European Union (2017-2019); Linnaeus Palme International Exchange Programme funded by Sweden Government (2010-11) and Group Study Exchange of Rotary International (2009), Dr. Bansal is also the Honorary Secretary of Society of Indian Physiotherapists (SIP) since 2015.
Lead the Internationalisation & External Engagements of the University. Including attracting international students for full-time study, developing alliances with foreign universities for collaborative research, teaching and learning, and other engagements.

- Successfully applied & received the prestigious Linnaeus Palme grant for exchange programme for Teachers & Students (with Lulea University of Technology, Sweden) from Government of Sweden for two consecutive years (2009-10 & 2010-2011).
- Recipient of prestigious Rotary Scholarship for experiencing Physiotherapy education system in Finland & Estonia for one month under Group Study Exchange programme (2009).
- Partnered with Metropolia University of Applied Science, Helsinki, Finland for hosting their undergraduate Physiotherapy students for short term training (3 months) with full tuition fee (2009 onwards).
- Abstract reviewer for 16th World Congress of World Confederation for Physical Therapy (WCPT) held in Amsterdam, Netherland (2011).
- Invited the Dean, School of Physical Therapy & Occupational Therapy, McGill University, Canada for guest lecturer and also visited them for exploring exchange programmes and joint research in allied health care.
- Received the grant for attending and making a presentation during the World Congress of Pain in Montreal, Canada (2010) and in Milan, Italy (2012) from International Association for Study of Pain.
- Trainer for U.S.A Physical Therapists Licensure exams for PT’s in Philippines.
